Torture on the street corner

I can't help but get a little dark and morbid here when I talk about this next spot. The Topography of Terror in Berlin is closed off by one of the longest existing Berlin Wall pieces today. This spot is where the Gestapo, SS, and Nazi offices were headquartered. You can see some of the unearthed torture chambers and interrogation rooms that were located in the basement. This memorial is dedicated to the victims of these crime organizations; especially the Jews, Sinti, and Romas persecuted.
