Potato dumplings ft. gingerbread ingredients

This was too good not to talk about. Pictured here is a potato dumpling (very popular in Germany) and pork roast in a gingerbread sauce. Gingerbread sauce? Yeah, it was great! Nuremberg is actually where gingerbread was invented, and we got to try the best recommended fresh homemade gingerbread straight from the marketplace (in the next picture). Little debbies don't have anything on this.
