Rothenburg ob der Tauber

Means: "red fortress above the Tauber [River]". This is one of the few places I hit on the famous Romantic Road, which is 220 mile route established in the 1950's going through the state of Bavaria. This town was absolutely gorgeous, and had quiet a few surprises and cool history mentioned in the next few blog posts :).
